every day I start my battle against the cigarettes again. its practically a joke these days. i hope creating this site to help my friends, and family will eventually help me too. please feel free to write about anything you like pertaining to stopping smoking, and my friends and family know they better write something! good luck and god bless. also make sure to suggest a link.
